It's extremely difficult to eat healthy and be vegan.

Meat substitutes are not substitutes for meat's nutrients. Unfortunately, most vegans don't realize this.

The health benefits of meat-eating is widely known. We evolved to eat meat (and plants) for a reason.

For instance, meats are the BEST source of protein, arguably the most important macronutrient in our diet.
