Fantastic article as usual! Being a "Yes man" is never fun to be around. If you don't know how someone truly feels when you're in conversation, it comes across as needy and/or shady.

Another point I'd add is adding a bunch of qualifiers to your statements. Qualifiers make your statements weaker. And muddie up what you're saying.

Be clear and concise in your speech. Less words= more power.
