Hi Michelle,

Great article! Thanks for bringing my awareness to how eating makes us tired. I tend to feel my energy levels dip significantly after lunch. My sleep is good and my stress is low. I hadn't been able to articulate why I was feeling tired mid-day.

Do you have any ideas to help reduce tiredness after meals? (This might be a good article idea you could write)
