Sleep is crucial to health and productivity. It must be a priority in our daily routines.

We also need to make sure we are optimizing our environment for sleep success. Turn the thermostat to a comfortable temperature. No blue light from screens at least 1 hour before bed. No drinking caffeine 6 hours before bed. And so on.
