Having a list of ideas is a huge energy saver! It makes it so much easier to start writing, which is the hardest part!

I also like to pick my topic the night before I write. And I add a few potential subheads as well.

This gives my blog a clear structure before I begin writing the first draft! After the subheads are in, the piece often writes itself!
