Hi Tim,

Great article... I like how you broke down the time savings for each task. I disagree with this point, however. If you're weightlifting, you should use more than 60 seconds between sets, especially on heavy compound sets. Without proper rest, it becomes more of a cardio session than a lift.

It's better to get just a few quality sets in 30 minutes than cramming an entire workout into that timeframe.
