Excellent article! I love this idea of a focus test being a requirement for all jobs!

I think of attention as a form of currency. If you can focus and do you're work, then you're "rich". But if you're unfocused and distracted by your phone constantly, you're "poor". This currency also mirrors the real currency you gain from your work.
